I found Dr Sargur to be exemplary in his manner, knowledge and expertise. I feel I benefitted greatly from seeing him and I am very grateful to him for taking the time to understand my health issue and provide reasons and a solution. I feel so much better for seeing him.

I was very impressed by Dr Sargur’s professional courtesy and his exemplary manner. He listened patiently and responded specifically to my concerns both clinical and situational. He gave every opportunity for questions and took the time to give me online links for further reading. I really did feel that I benefitted from having a consultation with a dedicated professional who demonstrated a genuine interest in me and also an enthusiasm for his specialism. Dr Sargar has been amazing. My daughter has ongoing medical issues that we have not yet got to the bottom of, however Dr Sargar is one of the few Drs that I feel we can trust that I felt reassured by. He was very thorough looking at past history, not only did he go through the notes carefully but he took the time to explain them and discussed what this meant moving forward.
After more blood tests Dr Sargar took the time not only to email me with and update but phoned to explain the bloods.
I would highly recommend Dr Sargar, not only is he a very intelligent, knowledgeable Dr, he is caring, he really listened and didn’t make me feel like an over reacting mum which is what many Drs have done.

Dr Ravishankar Sargur is a Consultant Immunologist at the Northern General Hospital.
He set up the Aspirin nasal challenge and desensitisation service in Northern General hospital.
His interests include specialist allergy testing, investigating hidden allergens and problems with the immune system (antibody deficiency, autoimmunity etc.
He has keen interest in training and was previously Training Program Director for Immunology in Yorkshire, Humber and East Midlands.
He was chair of the Speciality Advisory Committee (Immunology) at Joint Royal College of Physicians Training Board.
Dr. Sargur has a major interest in allergy education and regularly gives lectures and tutorials to GPs, developed allergy & immunology modules for medical students.
